Order Confirmation
Upon completion of your order a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail.   An order history will be stored on the website for future reference and reordering.

Processing Time
Orders will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of payment.  Custom orders be based on the details of the piece(s) requested.

Custom Orders and Out of Stock Items
Custom jewelry can be ordered with a minimum of two week lead time depending on the piece(s) being designed.  Because each piece is unique, once an item has been ordered the label will change to “out of stock”.  Then you would use the form to order a similar piece custom made.

Jewelry Pricing
The pricing may change from time to time for the purpose of sales, market changes, availability, etc.
